Tiede, Valdés & Company, LLC (TIVALCO) is a management consulting firm founded in 2007, based in Miami, Florida. Our principals and staff bring extensive, hands-on experience, in international trade to every engagement. We supplement corporate staffs on specific projects, with most of our work concentrated in maritime transportation, third-party logistics, and distribution.
Our specialty is commerce within the Americas, as well as between Northern Europe and the Americas. We have lived and traveled extensively in these regions, which allows us to conduct business fluently in English, Spanish, and German.
